The project explores questions of ownership, urbanity, and the collective use of public space. The choice of this tree is no coincidence: the Korbinian apple variety traces back to the Catholic priest Korbinian Aigner, who openly opposed the Nazi regime. It is an act of defiance, a symbol of the power to sow change and shape the future. It serves as a starting point for a multifaceted exploration of urban agriculture and the concept of the edible city.
