The exhibition ‘Textile Transfers’ contextualises the work of Rosalia Rothansl (1870-1945) and Mileva Stoisavljevic-Roller (1886-1949) on the basis of their textile collections: multi-coloured, handcrafted garments and fragments woven, knitted, embroidered or bobbin lace, which were made by anonymous producers from rural regions of the former Habsburg monarchy, but also originate from South and East Asia. The exhibition can be visited during the opening hours of the festival can be visited: Wed 25 Jun - Sat 28 May, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and during the regular opening hours of the University Gallery.
